As a courtesy, I ask that 24 hour
notice be given for any changes
to your appointment.
Cash or checks are preferred.
Local checks only. ID is required.
$30.00 NSF Fee on all returned checks.
There is a 10% charge for all credit cards.
An ATM is available for your convenience.
All services include complimentary
